Welcome to The Place in Lake Havasu City! A new construction 4-bed, 3-bath home with custom pool & above ground hot tub which is always ready to go. Enjoy an open & modern floor plan with stainless steel appliances, quartz counter & backsplash in the kitchen, breakfast bar with seating for 4 and a dining table that seats 6 comfortably. Inside you have an 87" HDTV in the living room, relax to your favorite Netflix series. Outside, root for your favorite sports team on the 75" smart HDTV while BBQing on your built in BBQ island. Two lounge chairs in the pool and 4 chairs on the patio for sunbathing. The covered patio has an outdoor sectional sofa, electric fireplace & ceiling fans. There's plenty to keep you busy while inside or outside. Outside, try your hand at basketball, cornhole, bocce ball, ping pong or practice your golf game on the new putting green. Inside the game room, play a game of pool, air hockey or one of the many arcade games or sit back at the bar and listen to your favorite music on the juke box. The 4 bedrooms have good separation and consist of king beds and one queen bed; each bedroom has its own smart HDTV with Hulu, Netflix, & Prime Video. The garage has been converted to a game room and is climate controlled. The long driveway is flat and has ample room to park a boat or trailer.  ✔️✔️✔️ This home checks everything off the list & is simply the best vacation rental in Lake Havasu! 

POLICIES:

-Guests must be 29 years of age or older to rent this property. We will ask for your government. issued ID to verify your age. Looking for responsible & respectful guests. This is not a party house. If you are looking to party, book somewhere else.
-Check-in time is 4:00 PM.
-Check-out time is 11:00 AM. 
-Quiet time is from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Absolutely no music is to be played outside after 10:00 PM.
-$1200 security deposit is required. Deposit to be processed by Host on Guest's credit card.
-Signed rental agreement is required (electronically.)
-No parties are allowed. 
-No smoking or vaping inside the house or game room. An additional $250 cleaning fee will be imposed for any violations.
-Absolutely no pets allowed due to host allergies. An additional $400 cleaning fee will be imposed for violations.
-The pool is not heated. The hot tub is heated to 100 degrees so it's always ready for your enjoyment.
-No glass permitted outdoors near the pool or jacuzzi. It is the responsible guest's obligation to ensure the safety of everyone on the property and most notably around the pool and jacuzzi at all times.
-Only the people on the vacation rental agreement at the time of booking are allowed at the property. To invite others is a violation of the vacation rental agreement and private home rental ordinance and you will be required to leave in addition to being charged a violation fee of $1200. 
-There is no garage as it has been converted to a game room. 
-There are multiple security cameras on the exterior of the property that record activity when there is motion. 

By booking this stay, all guests release the owner and management company of the property from any and all liability for the unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $195.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $195.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Ten percent (10.00%) of the total booking charges (less $195.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
