✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home, excluding the RV garage. There is ample room for fun, with a pool, outdoor kitchen, and game room.

✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with complimentary basics to get you started, including toiletries, seasonings and spices, and a roll of paper towel.

✹ PARKING: Three+ parking spaces are available on the long, flat driveway for easy parking.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home and several laptop-friendly spaces for remote work, both inside and out.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack ’n Play/travel crib, high chair, children's dinnerware, and plenty of family-friendly entertainment options.

✹ NO PETS: We have a no-pet policy due to allergies. This home is exempt from hosting guests with service and emotional support animals. Thank you for understanding.

✹ RENTER AGREEMENT – Please note that we require the primary guest to sign the property renter agreement. This will be sent to you electronically.

✹ Optional pool heating is available for a daily fee. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to heat the pool. Complimentary spa heating is included in your booking.

✹ Daily rates are based on 4 guests. There is a fee for each additional guest over 4, up to a total of 8 guests. Please book for the correct total number of guests who will be staying at the property.

✹ ADDITIONAL FEES - We keep things flexible, so you only pay for what you need. Here are a few common extras:

✔ Late Check-Out: $50/hour
✔ Pool Heating: $100/day
✔ Extra Guest Fee: $25 per person per night after 4 guests – Just to cover the added utilities and supplies.

POLICIES:
-Check-in time is 4:00 PM. -Check-out time is 10:00 AM. -Quiet time is from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Absolutely no music is to be played outside after 10:00 PM.
-Only the people on the vacation rental agreement at the time of booking are allowed at the property. To invite others is a violation of the vacation rental agreement and private home rental ordinance and you will be required to leave in addition to being charged a violation fee of $1500.
-There are multiple security cameras on the exterior of the property and a ring doorbell that records audio & activity when there is motion.
-No smoking or vaping inside the house or game room. An additional $250 cleaning fee will be imposed for any violations.
-Absolutely no pets allowed due to host allergies. This home is exempt from hosting guests with Service Animals or Emotional Support Animals. $400 cleaning fee will be imposed for violations.
-Pool / Spa hours are 8 AM - 10 PM as required by Lake Havasu City quiet hours.
-No glass is permitted outdoors near the pool or spa. It is the responsible guest's obligation to always ensure the safety of everyone on the property and most notably around the pool and jacuzzi.
-Host and / or co-host are available from 8 AM - 10 PM via the booking channel app.
-Absolutely no parties are allowed.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $275.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges (less $275.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $275.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Daily rates are based on an occupancy of 4 guests. There is a fee for each additional guest above 4, up to a total of 8 guests. Please book for the correct total number of guests that will be at the property.
